For nearly three decades, Gooden Homes has been designing and building award- winning homes in the Panhandle of Florida, and the coastal areas of Alabama.

Gooden Homes has an in-house staff of design professionals who apply leading-edge architectural styles and elements to develop homes that accommodate a variety of lifestyles.

Our floor plan designs include Coastal Florida-style brick ranch designs called "The Designer Series" as well as mixed material exterior styles called "The Craftsman Series". Plans range in size from 1,600 square feet to over 4,000 square feet, and can be customized to the homebuyer.
