The Architectural Design Team at Gooden Homes has over 50 years experience in designing award winning architecture and producing construction documents for single family residences.

With the latest in computer-assisted drafting software, the Architectural Team can incorporate custom changes into our existing plan libraries to record customer input and create a true custom home design.  The customer has several opportunities to meet directly with professionals from the Design Center and the architectural designers to review their custom changes and to make their selections of the home's colors, materials and finishes.
